You can book to use the sauna and ice baths during our opening hours which are:Monday: 11am - 3pmTuesday: ClosedWednesday: 2pm - 7pmThursday: 2pm - 7pmFriday: 10am-7pmSaturday: 9am-1pm, 2pm-5pmSunday: 9am-1pm, 2pm-5pmSessions are 50-minute slots on the hour. All members and attendees must book their time slot in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. If all slots are booked, we won't be able to accommodate you at that time.

You can, on qualifying membership plans, bring a friend for a reduced cost! The person you bring must always accompany the active member who gave them the discount and this is restricted to one guest per visit. For example, if you as a member came to visit Scenic Sauna you could then bring x1 friend with you who would pay the reduced rate. If you brought 3 friends, only one friend could use the discount, the other two would pay full price. Also if your friend wanted to come without you on the bring a friend pricing this would not be possible, as friends must always accompany an active member.
