Beaver Full Moon Social

Join us under the light of the Beaver Full Moon for a members-only evening of breath-work, intention setting and guided ice baths with friends. 

On the 15th of November, we will officially open our two new ice baths to our members!  Complete with ribbon cutting, herbal teas and healthy treats to nibble around the fire.

We will begin the evening with intention setting, followed by 30 minutes of guided breathing under our stretch tent, and closing the night with guided ice baths.  Have you been taking ice baths for a while but never had any training?  Using your intention, your breath and the power of your own mind can transform this familiar experience, plus doing so among friends and the stars will make it all the more special. 

The event is £5pp and open to members only.

Registration will close on 13th November.
