Also known as the "Buck Moon," it symbolises growth, culmination, and taking practical steps toward the life you’re building. Also, just as male deer’s antlers are nearly grown by this time of year, it’s a powerful moment to reflect on your progress and commit to your long-term vision.

Event Highlights:

1. Guided Moonlit Meditation and Breath-work: Begin the evening with a meditative session under the moonlight including multiple modes of guided breathing, designed to first invigorate, then ground you and open your spirit in a calmer restorative practise.

2. Hot and Cold Rituals: Experience guided contrast therapy. This session is designed to maximise cellular repair and growth.
