Intention setting, yoga, singing sauna and mince pies. Unwind with a 30 minute slow flow yoga practise before jumping into the sauna for traditional carols and chants led by Olivia. Soak in the sound or join in yourself. Finally cosy up by the fire for mince pies, drinks and good conversation.

About the event
Join us under the light of the Cold Full Moon for an evening of Yoga, intention setting, Sauna Singing and Chants and mince pies and drinks around the fire.Â
On the 15th of December, we will begin the evening with intention setting, followed by 30 minutes of guided yoga under our stretch tent, and closing the night with guided sauna singing led by Olivia, sit and enjoy the sounds or join in yourself. There are no requirements, just absorb the sound, the energy and repair. Have you been taking sauna sessions for a while but never experienced chants and singing? This is a unique experience not to miss. We hope to see you there.
The event is £5 for members - £20 for non-members
