Join Simon, founder of Flow Brew Mushrooms, and Jamie from Scenic Sauna for an unforgettable evening designed to bring you back into balance beneath the stars and the radiant Harvest Full Moon.
Traditionally, the Harvest Moon marks a time of gratitude, abundance and reflection. As the moon that once gave farmers extra light to gather their crops, it has long symbolised reaping what we've cultivated, letting go of what no longer serves us, and preparing for a new season. Together, we'll honour this powerful lunar energy through ritual, nature and deep restoration.
