This retreat is an invitation for single women who are ready to meet love from a different place within themselves.

For many conscious women, dating can feel draining or part time job trying to find the right man, despite having done deep inner work. This retreat day is for those who are ready to shift the quality of their experience and relate to love from a more resourced, embodied place.

You are not struggling in love because you are broken or unworthy of the relationship you desire. We struggle  because the nervous system often remains safe around what once felt familiar rather than what is genuinely right for us. Attraction, trust, and our dating choices are  often not conscious choices. They are shaped beneath awareness, through relational templates formed long before we had language for them.
