About the event
Reconnect with your inner playfulness, creativity, and comic genius with this joyful, energising session of spontaneous play in the Scenic Sauna studio.
Led by Rebecca MacMillan, one of the UKs most experienced improv performers and educators, you’ll be gently guided through playful, laughter-filled games and exercises that awaken your imagination, bring you fully into the moment, and connect you with others in uplifting, light-hearted ways. This is not a performance, this is play as ritual. No experience is needed. It is not about being quick clever and funny - it’s about connecting with ourselves and each other, and truly being in the moment.
Improv invites us to be open to possibility, trust ourselves, and embrace creativity in its most free-flowing form. Just as silly and joyful as childhood play, it can undo decades of negative self-talk.
