Sound & Sauna - New Moon & Annual Solar Eclipse

Join us beneath the darkened sky of the New Moon and annular solar eclipse for an enchanting evening of fire, ice, sound and stillness.

There’s something magical about a New Moon, a quiet pause between what has been and what is yet to come. With this one accompanied by a solar eclipse, we’ll gather in the woods to step away from the everyday, turn our attention inward and create space for new beginnings.

Our evening begins with the elements. We’ll move between the deep, enveloping heat of the sauna and the exhilarating cold of the ice bath; warming, cooling, breathing and reconnecting with the body beneath the open sky.

Afterwards, we’ll gather for nourishing snacks and warming herbal tea before retreating into the glow of our woodland studio. With the wood-burning stove lit, mattresses laid out and blankets ready to cocoon ourselves in, we’ll settle into the stillness of the evening.
