Sound & Sauna - The Wolf Full Moon Social

Join us under the first Full Moon of the year for a nourishing evening of heat, cold, sound and stillness. After the rush of Christmas and the start of a new year, this is a chance to pause, reset and take a little time just for you.

We’ll begin with a sauna and ice bath session, moving between deep, enveloping heat and invigorating cold. A chance to switch off, breathe deeply and enjoy that unmistakable post-sauna feeling.

Afterwards, we’ll pause for healthy snacks and warming herbal tea before settling into our woodland studio, complete with wood-burning stove, comfy mattresses and blankets to cocoon ourselves in.
