Join us for a special Strawberry Full Moon Sauna Session, a unique celebration of the full moon accompanied by sauna, meditation and soundscapes. The full moon is seen as a symbol of love, purity, and prosperity. It gives us a time to savour life's sweetness and connect with the love and abundance surrounding us.
Join us at Scenic Sauna on June 21st at 7.30pm-9.30pm. We will begin with sauna followed by a group meditative intention setting session combined with gentle breath-work and visualisation, ending with a warming tea.
