This retreat is for couples who love each other and want to intentionally deepen their relationship through a nourishing day of connection, with embodied practices that support intimacy beyond the retreat.
This day was curated because for many couples, nothing is "wrong". Instead, closeness simply gets crowded out by work, responsibility, and the quiet pull of routine. Nothing dramatic happens. Connection is slowly postponed, and intimacy becomes something that's meant to happen later.
