Winter Solstice: Sauna, Sound & Stillness

Join us near the shortest day of the year for a cosy evening of heat, cold, sound and stillness, created to mark the Winter Solstice and offer a moment to slow down amongst the busyness of the festive season.

We’ll begin with a sauna and ice bath session, moving between deep, enveloping heat and the invigorating cold of the ice baths. A chance to switch off, breathe deeply and enjoy that unmistakable post-sauna feeling.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy mince pies and herbal tea for a little festive pause, before settling in for a beautiful sound ceremony with Rachael from Cotswold Soul within our woodland studio complete with wood burning stove, comfy mattresses and blankets to cocoon ourselves in.
