Women’s Circle & Sauna

A gentle and nurturing space for women  to come together, slow down, and reconnect with their bodies. Designed for women from all walks of life, these circles offer a supportive community for reflection, healing, and a sanctuary where you can simply be - without expectations or judgment. In this sacred space, we honour the wisdom within each of us, weaving together practices of nervous system regulation, guided somatic inquiry, breath-work, optional sharing, gentle movement, all curated to support self-trust, and a return to inner safety. Through ritual, shared reflection, and restorative practices, we create a space for you to soften, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
