Slow Flow Yoga & Sauna with Sandy from A Moment of Peace Yoga . Unwind with a 60 minute slow flow yoga practise before jumping into the sauna and ice bath for our signature contract therapy sessions. Finish the evening with intention and herbal tea around the fire.

Beaver Moon Yoga, Sauna & Ice
Join us beneath the magical glow of the Beaver Moon for an evening of deep rest, reflection and restoration. As nature settles into late autumn, this is an invitation to slow down, honour the changing season, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, heat, cold and community.
This special experience includes a nourishing yoga practice led by Sandy from A Moment of Peace Yoga, followed by our signature sauna and ice bathing ritual in the heart of our woodland retreat.
