About the event
Join us for a special collaboration with Retreat & Rewild for an evening of yoga, sauna, and connection in nature at Scenic Sauna.
We’ll begin with an extended 90-minute full-spectrum yoga practice in our woodland studio, led by Cat, founder of Retreat & Rewild Studios in Cirencester. After yoga, we’ll gather around the fire with herbal teas and sweet treats, taking a moment to slow down, connect, and enjoy the peace of the woodland surroundings. We'll then gather around the fire for a delicious healthy sweet treat and herbal tea before moving into the Scenic Sauna signature sauna and ice bath experience.
Designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the simple pleasure of moving, resting and sharing space with others, this is an evening to leave feeling refreshed, grounded and restored.
