Service Description

This yoga class offers a balanced blend of strengthening and stretching, both being important in equal measure. Each session is varied and designed to keep the body moving through a continuous, flowing sequence. Expect a mix of vinyasa flows combined with longer-held postures to build stamina and flexibility. Options and variations are provided throughout, making the class suitable for a range of experience levels. Every session includes elements of meditation and/or breath-work, along with a calming cool-down to help quiet the mind and reconnect to our inner wisdom within all of us.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Refunds: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling: a. Rescheduling of sessions is permitted if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. b. Clients may reschedule their appointment to a new date and time based on availability within the next 30 days. Late Cancellations: a. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling (at our discretion we may offer the opportunity to reschedule in the event of special circumstances/ unexpected events). b. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session without the option for rescheduling or refund. No Shows: a. Failure to show up for the scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session without the option for rescheduling or refund. How to Reschedule: Clients can reschedule their session via their login area on our website or by contacting us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that adherence to this cancellation policy helps us maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensures fairness to all our clients.
