Service Description
Ease into your weekend with this nourishing 90-minute extended practice designed to leave you feeling balanced, restored, and deeply relaxed. We’ll begin with a gentle flowing vinyasa sequence to gently build heat, improve mobility, and connect breath with movement. Expect creative transitions, mindful strength-building, and space to explore your practice at a steady, unhurried pace. From there, we’ll slow things down with longer-held yin poses to target the deeper connective tissues, encouraging flexibility and release. The practice will then melt into supportive restorative postures, allowing your nervous system to fully unwind. We’ll close with an extended relaxation, giving you time to integrate the benefits of the practice and step into your weekend feeling grounded, open, and refreshed. Suitable for all levels, with options and variations offered throughout.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Refunds: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling: a. Rescheduling of sessions is permitted if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. b. Clients may reschedule their appointment to a new date and time based on availability within the next 30 days. Late Cancellations: a. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling (at our discretion we may offer the opportunity to reschedule in the event of special circumstances/ unexpected events). b. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session without the option for rescheduling or refund. No Shows: a. Failure to show up for the scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session without the option for rescheduling or refund. How to Reschedule: Clients can reschedule their session via their login area on our website or by contacting us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that adherence to this cancellation policy helps us maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensures fairness to all our clients.
