Join us for a Pink Moon sauna evening focused on renewal and fresh beginnings. April’s full moon is traditionally associated with the start of spring and new growth, making it a good time to pause, reflect, and reset.

We’ll begin with a short guided meditation and simple breath-work to help you settle and focus for the evening.

You’ll rotate between the sauna and ice baths, using contrast therapy to support circulation, recovery, and overall well-being.
