Let the luminous glow of the moon guide you through an evening of rejuvenation, self-reflection, and community connection.
Event Highlights:
Guided Moonlit Meditation and Breath-work: Begin the evening with a meditative session under the moonlight including 2 modes of guided breathing, designed to first invigorate, then ground you and open your spirit in a calmer restorative practise.
Hot and Cold Rituals: Experience guided contrast therapy. This session is designed to maximise cellular repair and growth.
Wolf Spirit Circle: Take a moment around the fire with intention-setting. Share personal insights and embrace the collective strength of the pack.
Full Moon Tea and Snacks: Finish with herbal teas and energising snacks.
