Scenic Sauna was started by a husband and wife team, an Osteopath/yoga teacher and a Wim Hof Method instructor both with auto-immune illnesses. These practices changed our lives and we want to bring that to everyone.
It's in our DNA to want everyone to feel naturally well and in control of their own health journey. We believe in picking multiple practises, (or ingredients) to make our own "health cake". Like a real recipe the best cake isn't made up of just one ingredient. It's a perfectly balanced recipe passed down for generations — proven to work.
Everything we offer is drawn from our own health cake: wellness practices we've personally used to recover from auto-immune illness and keep body and mind in an optimal state.
